Course
Description:
This course enables executives, administrators, and policymakers in
responding agencies to become NIMS-compliant for ICS oversight. These
agency leaders learn techniques for simple integration of
ICS into their agencies’ existing structures. NIMS-based
ICS, Unified Command, Area Command, and Multi-Agency Coordination
guidelines are taught so individual participants will be
IMTC-certified to both set and implement incident management
policy. (This course does not train agency executives,
administrators, or policymakers to participate in the on-scene
ICS organization.)
